Chip Wilson is an entrepreneur,  philanthropist, and founder of Lululemon Athletica. He is known for his people-before-product leadership approach. Today he is involved in a number of projects, one being Hold It All Inc. which is an organization that houses the Wilson family interests. This includes low tide properties and strategic private equity investments. 

Rachel Ferdinando: SVP and CMO, Doritos

Rachel leads all the marketing initiatives for Frito-Lay North America- a division of PepsiCo worth $16 billion. She welcomes innovation and pushes her team to do so as well. At Frito-Lay, she has significantly catapulted the team to success, growing and evolving the brand. She introduced Doritos Blaze, as one of the most-watched Super Bowl ads of all time. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Rachel was VP & Global sector leader for family care at Kimberly-Clark Corporation.

Geoff Cottrill: SVP of Strategic Marketing, Coca-Cola

Geoff leads integrated marketing across strategy across creative content, media planning and investment, marketing capability, digital, regional marketing, marketing assets, entertainment, music, and gaming in the United States. Previous to rejoining Coca-ColaCompany, he served as the President of the digital, advertising, and media agency MullenLowe in Boston. While Geoff was in Boston spent years as the GM and CMO at Converse(Nike Inc.) where he contributed heavily to the Chuck Taylor All Star becoming the #1 selling sneaker in the world.
